Orange box graphic Registration dates are provided in the dates tables below.

  • All final payments must be received by the payment deadline indicated in the dates tables below. If you do not submit your payment by this deadline, your schedule is subject to being dropped for non-payment. If your classes are dropped for non-payment, you will be notified via your GTC college e-mail address. Your registration is not complete until you pay in full.

    Notification Regarding Online Courses.

  • Some online courses may require an on-campus proctored midterm or final exam. Gwinnett Technical College does not assess any additional student charges associated with verification of student identity. It is the student’s responsibility to make arrangements with the instructor and/or Program Director if issues arise with meeting this on-campus requirement. Such an arrangement must be approved by the Division Dean. The student is also responsible for any additional charges assessed as a result of off campus proctoring at locations that do not provide it free of charge.

  • The Office of Financial Aid File Completion Deadline for Summer 2013 is April 15. All students seeking financial aid should complete the 2012-2013 FAFSA and submit requested documentation by this date to ensure their financial aid is in place by the April 30 Drop Deadline. Any students submitting documentation after the priority deadline should make alternative arrangements to pay for their tuition and fees to avoid having their classes dropped.

  • Please review recent changes in financial aid rules at www.gwinnetttech.edu; select Student Center; select Fees and Financial Aid. Please also be reminded that a full courseload for financial aid is 12 credit hours.

  • Registration Time Tickets are assigned to students based several factors, including GTC academic history within your program, GTC hours completed in your major, proximity to completing graduation, and past history of being withdrawn and no-showed from classes. Those students who are near program completion will have earlier registration time tickets.

*Time tickets are subject to change if there is a change of program prior to registration.
